62 Sports Group provides opportunities for groups to make their next fundraising event a success. We are always seeking groups interested in raising money for their organization by partnering with us to staff events in your area.

What to expect working a 62 Sports Group event
Event Setup:
Our event managers will meet with the volunteer group to assign staff where they are needed, such as in food preparation areas, game booths, assisting with inflatable activities, and serving concession items. Events typically last four to six hours. We will also need the volunteer group to help with taking down and clean up of equipment, which usually takes about one hour.

Day of the event:
T-shirts will be provided to all volunteers. We recommend dressing in comfortable clothing appropriate for physical activity. We require that all volunteers wear Khaki colored pants, shorts or capris, tennis shoes with socks (no sandals allowed). Everyone should be well groomed and clean shaven. Please be advised that there will not be an area designated for storage of personal items. Anything of value should be kept with you at all times, as we can not be responsible for any lost items.
Staffing requirements:
Unfortunately we can not accept volunteers under 14 years of age, and you must be at least 18 to work in the grill area. It is strictly prohibited to consume alcohol or use tobacco products on our event sites. Please notify the event coordinator one week in advance in writing, if there will be any changes to your group list you have previous submitted for the event.
We expect volunteer groups will arrive on time and in full number, and that no one will leave the event site until all duties have been fulfilled. We also expect ample adult supervision among your group and that all volunteers will present themselves in a friendly and professional manner.
Donation:
In exchange for the help of the volunteer group, a donation will be made to their organization. The amount will vary depending upon the requirements for the particular event (i.e. event size, duration, and number of activities).
