Seasonal Positions

Our season is primarily April thru November; however there are opportunities during the winter months to work as well. Our seasonal staff must be able to work a flexible schedule to include mornings, nights, weekends, and some holidays. Valid driver’s license and good driving record is a must. Event Managers

Event Managers are a key element of our success. Event managers will be responsible for implementation of events. Event Managers are responsible for checking in with the account representative prior to there event so that they can familiarize themselves with all the details of the events. You will be responsible for checking your event vehicle to make sure it is properly loaded for your event before departure from our warehouse. You will need to be able to manage a crew to successfully physically setup an event site, run the event, breakdown the event and unload your event vehicle. Event managers must have knowledge of how to keep items organized and the ability to work safely in a warehouse environment. After the event you will be responsible for writing up an event report summarizing all details about your event and the staff that worked with you.

Event Staff

Event Staff will help with setup, running and breakdown of events. You will be apart of a crew that helps make the event successful. Staff will be responsible for making sure safe operation and usage of equipment is done at all event sites. Staff will make sure all participants have a satisfying safe time at our events. Food service and snack service will be handled by staff as well. Staff will also be involved in setting up and breaking down event sites in an organized manner. Warehouse duties will be assigned by their event managers after their events.
